This picture can become real because “The Signature Series of Leadership Learning” focuses on putting the right people on the right projects that prioritize the important. This leadership series provides a tool kit of techniques to manage change, time, quality and projects. It prioritizes activities based on highly leveraged tasks directed toward the established goals which provide the underpinning for making sound decisions. It is a hands-on approach that deals with real challenges, solving real problems and achieving real results. It is a resourceful way of learning how to build a highly successful future shaped by a well thought out plan. By applying key principles, individuals will be more proactive to problems, willing to take on responsibility by making necessary decisions required to get things done, while increasing their self confidence and experiencing less stress and worry. The Directions course is comprised of six sessions, which can be handled in three consecutive days; they can be time-spaced into weekly or bi-weekly half-day or full day intervals. If time or budget limits you from utilizing the entire Directions Series, you can select one or several of the sessions that would most benefit your organization. Each session is offered as a stand along workshop in half-day or full day formats. The Focus360 course is designed to go from three to ten days. The three-day format is usually done on consecutive days, but the dates can be altered to fit the organization’s needs. The ten-day workshop is time spaced. Normally the participants meet for one, two or three days. Then the group schedules the remaining dates at monthly or quarterly meetings over a six to twelve month period. This program is designed to handle up to thirty employees. The format is flexible and can be implemented in time spaced intervals of three hour lessons. The most popular format is six weekly sessions of three hours per class. This allows participants time to apply what they have learned. As a result individuals are not overloaded with too much material at one time. The reward is a learning experience where everyone enjoys the training. The Courtland Signature Series of Leadership Learning covers all levels of leadership and it is divided into the following programs:
