Courtland Crouchet, founder and CEO of Courtland A. Crouchet, Sr., CPA, LLC is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in Louisiana. He has over 30 years experience in organizational management, financial accounting, and 13 years experience in leadership training. He has written a number of leadership programs for public and custom workshops. He is a trainer, facilitator and public speaker specializing in the design and implementation of educational learning programs. In 2002 he retired as the Sales Tax Director for the City of New Orleans. His role as tax director included preparing the strategic plan for his department, supervising the performance of compliance tax audits and acting as the legislative lesion for the City with the Louisiana Legislature on major fiscal and governmental affairs. He served as President of the Louisiana Association of Tax Administrators (LATA) in 1993. In 1995 he received the Bureau of Governmental Research Award for creativity in the development of an improved new Business-Counseling Program. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Accounting from the University of New Orleans. In 2002 he started his own accounting firm.

Kathleen Crouchet, CAC’s Executive Administrator and Chief Financial Officer, holds a PhD from the University of New Orleans in Educational Programs for Curriculum and Instruction. Kathleen has over thirty years of experience in the educational and business communities.

Chantelle McInerney, CAC’s Chief Operations Officer, holds a Masters Degree from the University of New Orleans. Chantelle has over fifteen years experience managing programs and people.
